Important terms in the stock market
1) Share:- Part /ownership in the company.
2) Portfolio:- Hold your all share (grouping) stock and quantity.
3) IPO:- Initial public offering
4) Primary Market:-New issue market (NIM) public buy the share directly to the company. {Company to Investors }
5) Secondary Market:- Indirectly buy and sell with investors.{ Investors to investors}
6) Intraday:- When share buys and sells on the same day.
7) Delivery:-When anyone buys a share and holds more than 1 day that is called delivery.
8) Broker:-A broker's main duty is to act as a middle man that connects buyer and seller to facilities a transaction.
9) Dividend:- Company reinvest or distribute the same amount to their shareholder in equal proportion.
10) Bull Market:-when the share price increasing continuously buy increases.
EX:-Rs 10 Per share Rs 20 per share Rs 40 per share
11) Bear Market:-When share price decreasing continuously.
12) Blue Chips Stock:- A blue chip is a stock in a corporation with a national reputation for quality, reliability, and the ability to operate profitably in good and bad times.

13) Stock Exchange:- B.S.E & N.S.E
14) Index:- SESEX & NIFTY
15) Public floats:- Total numbers of shares available in public.{Free float}
16) Market capitalization:- Total value of the company. The total number of shares*total rupees value.
17)Annual Report:- Money Management strategies & Annual cash flow.
18) Going long:- An investor long security positions in expectation that the stock will rise in the volume in the market.
15)Trading session:- Monday to Friday 9:15 A.M to 3:30 A.M
16)Market Order:- Investor is ready to buy/ sell the share current market price,
17)Margin:- You can take a loan from a broker for a specific time. If you can't pay then you have to pay extra charges for late payback.
18)Pay Order:-Specific pay if share buys or sells. It is not possible that money refunds automatically in the account.
19)Trading volume:-Trading volume is the total number of shares of a security that were traded during a given period of time. Trading volume is a technical Indicators because it represents the overall activities of a security of a market.
20)Liquidity:-A stock with low Liquidity may be difficult to sell and may cause you to take a bigger loss if you cannot sell the shares when you want to
